Dr. Timothy Holmes, RT, DC

Dr. Tim has been practicing chiropractic in Gig Harbor for 13 years and has had success treating common musculoskeletal complaints (low back, mid-back, neck pain, and headaches) as well as other, less common complaints such as vertigo, earaches, and asthma. He utilizes state of the art equipment in providing care to his patients, including two Zenith high/low adjustment tables, an intersegmental traction table, and the Activator instrument. With a background of 14 years as a radiographer, Dr. Tim also specializes in taking and interpreting x-rays.

Dr. Benjamin Holmes, DC

Dr. Ben has been practicing chiropractic in Gig Harbor for two years. He specializes in rehabilitative care of the spine and in treatment of chronic low back, mid-back, and neck pain and headaches. He utilizes a combination of chiropractic manipulation and muscle exercises and stretching to address and resolve each patient's condition. As part of the treatment regimen, Dr. Ben also develops a specific, personal low-intensity exercise/ stretching program for each of his patients, to be performed regularly by the patient at home.
