I am married to my best friend of 16 years, Rick. We love spending time with our 4 children and we both have a passion for landscaping, gardening, and travel. Many of you may recognize me as the floral gal from our legendary Thriftway/QFC in downtown Gig Harbor. In 2007 an injury kept me from returning to the Grocery industry. That turned out to be a blessing, as I was now able to pursue a long time dream of Massage Therapy. In 2009 I Graduated from Everest College as a licensed Massage Practitioner, with continuing education in scar tissue release, rotator cuff dysfunction, aroma therapy, and massage for cancer care. I am a sole proprietor that, upon graduation, has had my practice in Kitsap County. I feel I have made "Full Circle" and am now where I am supposed to be.

I specialize in Treatment Massage for auto accidents and work injuries. Palpation of Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Passive Stretching, Cross Fiber Friction, Pin and Stretch, and Relaxation Therapy.

My mission is to first decrease your pain and tightness, then to improve your muscle tissue health, increase your circulation, and encourage you to relax. If you have an injury, I will not only focus on it, but your body as a whole.
