"I had a herniated disk at L5 (last one) and went to a chiropractor in Gig Harbor. His method actually made it much worse. When I got to the point I could barely walk I went to physical therapy for 4 months. The first visit, my back locked up and I had to be taken by ambulance to the ER where I was given morphine and dilaudid.

Enter Dr. Holmes- After the first visit I was totally pain free for an hour. After the next visit I remained pain free for 2 weeks, and then I was able to return to work.

I am NOT moving away from Gig Harbor unless I can take Dr. Holmes with me. He's amazing!"
